Ingredients

olive oil
4
sausages, sliced
I used Aidells chicken apple sausage
1
cup
water (or broth)
4
medium
carrots, chopped
1
large
crown of broccoli, sliced
3
medium
zucchinis, chopped
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
minced onion
2
tbsp
coconut aminos
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat
Slice the sausages and brown in the skillet
Add the water (or broth), chopped carrots and broccoli to the skillet and cover the skillet
Cook covered for 8-10 minutes, then add in the zucchini, spices, and coconut aminos
Continue cooking the stir-fry 3-5 minutes. If there is still significant water in the skillet, drain it, and brown the veggies
Adjust the seasonings to taste, and serve immediately
