  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Mash 3 ripe bananas to get about 1 cup of bananas. If your bananas are not ripe or you prefer a sweeter bread, bake the bananas with the peel on for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until the peels are black
  3. Combine the mashed bananas, maple syrup, coconut sugar, melted butter, eggs and vanilla
  4. Mix in the flour blend and sea salt
  5. Grease one large loaf pan or mini loaf pans and spread the batter evenly
  6. Bake 50-60 minutes if using the large loaf pan or 15-25 minutes if using the mini loaf pans. I always recommend checking frequently as every oven cooks a little differently. The banana bread is done when the toothpick comes out clean!
Recipe Notes

Alternatively, you can use 1/2 cup of honey or regular sugar instead of the maple syrup and coconut sugar.
