Homemade Pecan Pie Larabars
Ingredients

dried pitted dates (~30)
1/2
cup
raw pecans
1/2
cup
raw almonds
Instructions
Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes
Remove the dates from the water and pat dry
Pulse the dates in a food processor until well combined. If they still seem dry, add 1 tbsp of water
Add the nuts to the food processor and pulse until the bars are to the consistency of your liking
Line a container with parchment paper, and spread the fruit and nut mixture evenly (you may also form them into date balls)
Refrigerate for 20 minutes, cut into 6 bars/squares, and try not to eat it all at once!
