I find it is easiest to make this recipe in a food processor but you can also make it with any kind of mixer or by hand. If you do it by hand, you may want to soften the butter more. First, mix the butter, almond butter, and coconut sugar
Next, blend the egg and vanilla in, followed by the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt
Lastly, gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter
Line a 8″ x 8″ baking dish with parchment paper and evenly spread the batter
Bake the cake for 20-22 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
Try to let them cool before cutting but if you can’t, just dig in and enjoy the ooey gooey chocolate goodness!
