Ingredients
- 1cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2cup honey
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2/3cup almond flour
- 1/2tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F
- Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of batter onto the parchment paper
- The batter will be very sticky – you may need to use your fingers or a spoon to swirl the batter around and form it into more of a cookie shape
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown
