  1. Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the lemon on top of the avocado, and mash the avocado with a fork until it is the consistency you prefer.
  3. Wash and chop the onion, carrot, and zucchini finely. You may choose to spiralize the carrot and zucchini.
  4. Add the veggies to the guacamole, and mix them together.
  5. Season with garlic powder and salt to taste.
  6. Serve with carrot sticks, celery, cucumber slices, plantain chips, or enjoy with any meal.
