- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1-1.5 cup chocolate chips

- Preheat the oven to 350° F
- I find it is easiest to make this recipe in a food processor but you can also make it with any kind of mixer or by hand. If you do it by hand, you may want to soften the butter more. First, mix the butter, almond butter, and coconut sugar
- Next, blend the egg and vanilla in, followed by the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt
- Lastly, gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter
- Line a 8" x 8" baking dish with parchment paper and evenly spread the batter
- Bake the cake for 20-22 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
- Try to let them cool before cutting but if you can't, just dig in and enjoy the ooey gooey chocolate goodness!

Yes I do, it would have more of an almond butter/graham cracker cookie taste, but I think it would still be good
